Monthly Wrap Up: March 2013

Books Read in March:

Well, I thought I was out of my reading funk but then Veronica Mars happened and I was swiftly back in it. Veronica and Logan have taken over my life!

1. Between the Lines by Tammara Webber
2. Mila 2.0 by Debra Driza
3. Half-Blood by Jennifer L. Armentrout
4. Poison by Bridget Zinn
5. Scandal by Lauren Kunze and Rina Onur
6. Taken by Erin Bowman
7. The Archived by Victoria Schwab
8. With All My Soul by Rachel Vincent
9. Monument 14 by Emmy Laybourne

Book of the Month:

This is actually a bit upsetting because I didn't read any amazing books in March. I read a few good ones, even a great one, but nothing blew my mind. Should I blame Veronica Mars for that as well?
I've decided to go with With All My Soul, since it was a great ending to one of my favourite series. I'm definitely going to miss waiting for the next book!

  1. I LOVED Veronica Mars. When I discovered it on Netflix, it consumed my life until I finished all 3 seasons! I could see how it would put you in a reading funk :-)

    1. Hahaha! RIGHT?! I finished it in a week, and then I decided a rewatch would be a good idea. So now I'm ridiculously behind on everything. Veronica and Logan are just too addictive!

  2. There's nothing wrong with 9 books :)

It's always a little bittersweet when a series comes to an end - glad you enjoyed this one.

    1. I feel a bit slow compared to those who get into the double figures with their reading. But nope, nine books is fine XD

  3. VERONICA MARS <3 oh man, I watched it back in 2007. I wish I could erase my memory so I can watch it for the first time again! :( and YES LoVe!! Logan and Veronica FTW <3 Though I wanted Duncan and V to end up together in season 1 and half of season 2 then I switched side. Especially during the anti-prom scene with her sitting on the table and Logan beside her.. I swooned SO BAD <3

as for your books, sucks that you didn't read a book you LOVED. I read 17 books in March and only The Evolution of Mara Dyer became an all time favorite <3

    1. I feel the same way! I want to experience it all over again for the first time. I'm doing a rewatch, but it's not the same. Hahaha, I hated Duncan from the beginning. I thought he was so boring! I have no patience. THE ALTERNA-PROM OMGOGMOGMG. "I thought our story was epic..." "No one writes songs about the ones that come easy." BYEEEEEEEE.

That's because the Mara Dyer series is AWESOME.

  4. I hate it when I have a month of "blah" books. Glad you got so much reading done though! My book of last month was The Storyteller by Jodi Picoult.

    1. It's happening to me more and more lately because I seem to be getting pickier. I'm hoping to read something that blows me away in April!

  6. Veronica Mars is a great show! So I can't blame you for being consumed with that instead. Veronica & Logan were the absolute best to me even though a lot of the people I've talked to didn't like Logan. :(

I'll have to go check out your reviews on the books since some of them I've been dying to read!
