In My Mailbox - (23)

IMM is hosted by The Story Siren

I had another great week! I need to think of some sort of restrictions on my mother buying me books, and getting books from the library. I have over 100 books on my TBR shelf - it's insane!

For Review:
Rockoholic by C J Skuse
Undead by Kirsty McKay
Thank you Chicken House!

Thank you Bloomsbury!

Thanks Hodder!

  1. That's a lot of books to read! I have a ton on my TBR shelf as well... *hugs all her pretties* Well at least we'll have something to read at all times!! *tries to think of more positives*

I already watched your video on YT yesterday, but I'm still a bit jealous of the amount of books you got this week :P

Happy reading! My IMM: Clickie! :)

  2. Great books! I've read Reckless and it's a good fairytale story, although the Inkheart trilogy is still my favourite series from Funke. Along For The Ride is also a great read but I always love Sarah Dessen and can't wait to get What Happened To Goodbye :)

That cover for The Devouring is so different to the US one and I've been dying to read it for ages! I hope you enjoy them all.

  3. They all sound really good. I've had Forbidden on my Kindle for a while. My friend started to read it but stopped saying it was just too much - about incest and stuff so he never finished it. I'll still be giving it a go at some point though.

Haunting Violent sounds really good. I've just received some of Alyxandra's books this week too.

  6. Sounds like a great week. Haunting Violet and Tiger's Curse both sound awesome, and I really liked The Devouring and The Monstumologist, so hope you do too.

  7. So many cool books! I really want to read Forbidden, it sounds so dark and deep, my kind of book. :)
    Happy reading.

  8. There are so many great books I'm not even sure which one I can pick out to comment on! I haven't read Reckless so looking forward to your review on it. Hope you'll get a chance to enjoy all of your books.

  11. You got such a wonderful haul this week! I started Tiger's Curse but you're right, she talks, a lot. And it's so wordy! But the story is intriguing to me so I haven't given up on it yet. And I haven't read The Devouring yet but it's been on my shelf for awhile now. Happy reading! ;)

  12. Reckless is my favorite of all Cornelia Funke's books! Enjoy! The Tailor is by far, the creepiest character I've ever read in Juvie/YA fiction.
