Top Ten Tuesday: Sequels!

Top Ten Tuesday is hosted by The Broke and the Bookish every Tuesday.
This week's top ten list is
Top Ten Sequels I'm Dying to Read

Clockwork Prince by Cassandra Clare (Dec 6, 2011)
I MUST find out what is going on with Will. His big mystery has been hassling me ever since I finished reading Clockwork Angel. Gah. Any ideas, anyone?

Supernaturally by Kiersten White (Jul 26, 2011)
loved Paranormalcy, and I expect this one to be just as good! Kiersten White's dialogue is hilarious, I don't know how she does it.

Two Truths and a Lie by Sara Shepard (Feb 7, 2011)
Another book packed with mysteries that I must solve. I need to know what's happening! Who killed Sutton?

If I Die by Rachel Vincent (Sep 27, 2011)
Predictable, aren't I? I've been waiting for this for months and it's almost here!

The Golden Lily by Richelle Mead (Jun 19, 2012)

After the ending of Bloodlines, how could I not be dying to read this? I'd kill something to get my hands on a copy of this before June. Okay, maybe not, but I am desperate nonetheless!

Spell Bound by Rachel Hawkins (Mar 13, 2012)
If you've read the explosive novel that is Demonglass, you'll know why. I miss Archer!

Chain Reaction by Simone Elkeles (Aug 16, 2011)
I loved Perfect Chemistry, and really enjoyed Rules of Attraction, so I can't wait to read about the third and youngest Fuentes brother. I'm also looking forward to Alex's wedding!

Silence by Becca Fitzpatrick (Oct 4, 2011)
I'm actually kind of sad that this book series is over. I can't wait to see what becomes of Patch. Bless his cotton socks.

The Scorch Trials by James Dashner (Oct 12, 2010)

I know, this came out in the US almost a year ago, what's taken me so long? My excuse is that I was waiting for the paperback to match my copy of The Maze Runner, and now I'm on a book buying ban! Damn.

What sequels are you dying to read? Leave your links below, or let me know in the comments!

  1. Totally agree about clockwork prince! Can't wait!!!

  2. Great choices! I can't wait for Clockwork Prince. December can't be any farther away!! And of course Silence, after the killer cliffhanger in the end of Crescendo I am dying to get my hands on this book!!

  3. Oh my gosh, Supernaturally! I can't believe I left that one off my list. Kiersten White cracks me up! I just read Perfect Chemistry, so I am itching to read the other two in the series! Nice list :0)

  4. I need Clockwork Prince! I can't wait until December! And Silence! Great list! :)

  5. There are so many books on your list that I need to read! The only one we both have is Supernaturally - I just finished reading Paranormalcy yesterday and can't wait to carry on!

  6. That's a really awesome list! Also, I love your banner at the top.

Thanks for stopping by In Libris Veritas

  7. Awesome list! I still need to read Clockwork Angel before the sequel arrives. Supernaturally looks cute too. Hope you enjoy reading all the sequels on your list.

  8. I haven't read the Soul Screamers series but--woah-- that cover is incredible.

And I completely agree with you about Clockwork Angel. With Jace, it was pretty easy to figure out what was going on, but Will has me stumped! Oh Cassandra Clare, she's far too good at teasing her readers!

Feel free to come by and check out my Top Ten List as well!

  9. Awesome list! I really can't wait to read The Golden Lily!

  10. These are some good picks! Thanks a lot for stopping by my blog, also. :)

  11. I do the same thing! I wait until a book comes out in paperback so it can match my already existing paperbacks in the same series, lol. (Will Catching Fire ever come out in paperback?) And, I do the book buying ban thing, too, but I can only go for a week at most not buying a new book. I'm so terrible...

Thanks for stopping by my blog earlier. Great blog here!

  12. Any books by Cassandra Clare are tops on my list! And I'm super excited for Silence and more Patch.
You have to read Scorch Trials! It's so good and you'll be dying for The Death Cure (oh man, lame pun lol)

  13. New follower :D

I've got some same books on my Here's my Top Ten Tuesdaylist :D

  14. Spell Bound! I'm so excited I can hardly stand it! Demonglass was even better than Hex Hall, so Spell Bound is sure to be MINDBLOWING!

  15. Great list! Cassandra's books are always the ones I'm dying to read!
