- Andrea Cremer, author of Nightshade, announced that there is going to be new covers for Nightshade and Wolfsbane. So the covers that are just MADE of pretty are going to be discontinued and/or not printed at all. *sad face* There is a twitition going around that protests to keep the pretty green Wolfsbane cover for hardback, if you wish to sign it.

Other News:
- 100 sled dogs were culled in Canada, just because tourism has decreased.

  2. You've had some really amazing books this week Amber, and as always I really enjoyed watching your vlog.

I'm afraid I'm one of those who hasn't started the Vampire Academy books yet. I do have the first two, but I want to collect the whole series before I start it AND I want those beautiful red covers!

Hope you enjoy Divergent. It sounds totally awesome. I have pre-ordered it for my Kindle. Can't wait to start it myself.

  14. Girl I loved VA series by Richelle Mead. My favorite one was Blood Promise and wait till you get to the last book Last Sacrifice. I heard about her Succubus series so that may be my next thing. I like your covers far more than the North American one.

    Happy Reading :)

Girl in the Arena is on my wishlist, too, though I've heard mixed reviews of that one.

  24. I love those Vampire Academy covers so so much more than the ones we have. And I am so nervous to start Spirit Bound because I don't know how much more I can take! You are totally right in calling the series an emotional roller coaster.
Can't wait to see what you think about Divergent though. That one sounds good.
And you'll have to let us know if the speech dashes in Girl In The Arena are really bothersome.
    Happy Reading!

  25. I am so looking forward to your review of Girl in the Arena. I've heard mixed things, but it seems so good. I also love the cover.

Oh no! I had seen the new Nightshade/Wolfsbane covers but I didn't realize they weren't going to print the pretty Wolfsbane cover! I like the new ones ok, but the old ones were truly beautiful and eye-catching. What a shame.
